In 2002, Camille Bickler began working for James W Chase, Architect as the Director of Project Management. In 2004, Mr. Chase and Ms. Bickler registered Encelia, LLC as a Limited Liability Company, at which time Angela Chase joined the team as the Director of Business Development.
