Project Feasibility
Once land and site development concept completed, Encelia will develop a complete project feasibility study including market research, survey and legal work to ensure the project meets the needs and goals of the client and there will not be costly legal and title issues down the road. |
Project Management
With the concept and design inline with established goals, market study and title survey completed and legal work started, now the permitting process begins followed by the construction phase. Managing the day-to-day processing of permits and potential re-zonings is a delicate balance of politics and organization. Encelia's project management team brilliantly orchestrates the numerous meetings, submissions and building construction to ensure the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. |
